I have been a full time REALTOR since 1993 and specialize is selling country properties in the Franklin County area of the Pioneer Valley region. I have received numerous top producer awards including gold award status since 1998, Platinum Circle Award Winner in 2002, and #1 status in 2007 for highest number of sales for Massachusetts Coldwell Banker Affiliates, Presidential Award Winner for Coldwell Banker Affiliates, Realtor of the Year for Coldwell Banker Upton-Massamont REALTORS and #1 Realtor in Franklin County in Sales. I have earned the designations of Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Buyer's Agent (CBR), GREEN, ECO Broker and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Coldwell Banker Previews Luxury Homes Specialist. I am member of the local mulitple listing service and the Berkshire County multiple listing service.
I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, REALTOR Association of Pioneer Valley, Council for Residential Specialist, and Massachusetts Chapter of Council for Residential Specialists. I am a member along with my husband with the National Home Builder's Association and Home Builders Assoc of Western Massachusetts.
I am a native of the area and my husband and I built our own home which we've owned for 24 years. I enjoy landscaping and gardening and mostly spending time at home with my Beagle "Millie".
